胃蛋白酶合剂的处方有多种,处方中除胃蛋白酶外还有稀盐酸、甘油、糖浆、橙皮酊、尼泊金等,其用量各不相同。为探讨胃酶合剂中各成分对消化力与防腐力的影响,做了一系列实验,摘要报道如下。一、各成分对消化活力的影响测定消化活力的方法,仿照《中国药典1963年版(二部)》胃蛋白酶蛋白消化力测定的方法进行。1.稀盐酸量的影响;按含胃蛋白酶1.5%,分别加入稀盐酸,使盐酸含量为0~0.6%,配制后分别测定 pH 值,于第2、4、7、12、19、26、35天测定消化活力,结果盐酸含量0.15~0.25%、pH 1.5~2.0者最为适宜,
