目的观察防治措施干预下长江生态旅游开发区血吸虫病疫情动态规律和防治效果。方法采用实验监测统一方案和方法,连续5年(2003~2007年)对区内螺情和血吸虫病疫情以及主要传染源进行监测并统计分析。结果在防治措施干预下,监测区5年的钉螺面积、钉螺密度、感染螺面积、感染螺密度和人群患病率、急感发病率较监测前分别下降22.67%、38.44%、45.74%、60.43%和33.44%、100.0%;学生和村民的血防知识知晓率分别由2003年的70.37%和57.02%上升至2007年的96.43%和92.16%;学生和村民的行为正确率由2003年的79.63%和57.02%上升至2007年的95.54%和89.22%。结论所采取的防治措施能较好地控制和稳定长江生态旅游开发区域内的血吸虫病疫情,但不能消除血吸虫病流行的潜在威胁。因此应加强此类地区血吸虫病疫情监测并采取相应干预措施,防止疫情蔓延和扩散。
Objective To observe the dynamic regulation and control effect of schistosomiasis in the ecological tourist zone of Changjiang River under the intervention of control measures. Methods The unified experimental and monitoring methods and methods were used to monitor and statistically analyze the epidemic situation of the snail and schistosomiasis in the area and the main sources of infection for five consecutive years (from 2003 to 2007). Results Under the intervention of prevention and treatment measures, the area of snail, snail density, snail area, snail density and the prevalence of the population in the monitoring area for 5 years decreased by 22.67%, 38.44%, 45.74% and 60.43 % And 33.44% and 100.0% respectively. The awareness rate of students and villagers’ awareness of blood-borne diseases increased from 70.37% and 57.02% in 2003 to 96.43% and 92.16% respectively in 2007 and that of students and villagers increased from 79.63% And 57.02% up to 95.54% and 89.22% in 2007 respectively. Conclusion The control measures adopted can better control and stabilize the schistosomiasis epidemic in the ecotourism development area of the Yangtze River, but it can not eliminate the potential threat of schistosomiasis. Therefore, the surveillance of schistosomiasis in such areas should be strengthened and corresponding intervention measures should be taken to prevent the spread and spread of the epidemic.
