无锡是我国职业教育起步较早的地区之一,迄今已有100多年历史。本文针对近年来无锡职业教育发展中存在的专业建设、师资水平、高职教育布局、技工院校能力问题,从调整专业结构、优化师资队伍、科学分布高职教育、扶持发展技工院校方面提出了对策建议。
