目的了解无锡市近年来蚊虫变化特征,为蚊虫及蚊媒病防制提供参考。方法采用人工小时法、诱蚊灯法和CO2诱蚊法调查蚊虫,并对监测数据进行分析。结果调查到蚊虫10种,其中淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊、白纹伊蚊和中华按蚊为常见蚊种;住区最大优势种为淡色库蚊,牲畜棚最大优势种为三带喙库蚊。5~10月为蚊虫高发期,蚊密度与气温变化趋势显著相关(P=0.000)。结论近年来无锡市蚊种明显减少,淡色库蚊优势度升高,气温可以用于蚊密度的预警监测。
Objective To understand the characteristics of mosquitoes in Wuxi in recent years and provide references for mosquito and mosquito-borne disease prevention. Methods Artificial hours method, mosquito lamp method and CO2 sequestration method were used to investigate mosquitoes, and the monitoring data were analyzed. Results 10 species of mosquitoes were detected, of which Culex pipiens pallens, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus and Anopheles sinensis were common mosquito species. The dominant dominant species in the settlements were Culex pipiens pallets, Culex mosquito. From May to October, mosquito occurrence was the highest, mosquito density was significantly correlated with temperature (P = 0.000). Conclusion In recent years, mosquito species decreased significantly in Wuxi City, and the dominant species of Culex pipiens pallens increased. The temperature could be used for early warning and monitoring of mosquito density.
