采用Na3P3O9和Fe3O4对β-环糊精(β-CD)微球进行改性,制备出阴离子β-CD磁性微球吸附剂,并用来吸附铜离子。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对其形貌进行观察,并进行粒度测定,结果表明,吸附剂呈较好的球形,粒径较改性前有所增大。通过L9(34)正交实验得到吸附工艺优方案为:吸附温度35℃,吸附时间1.5h,超声功率100%,m(阴离子β-CD磁性微球)∶V(Cu2+)=1∶40,此条件下吸附量和Cu2+除去率平均值可分别达到2.691mmol/g、96.26%,各因素对反应影响的大小顺序依次为温度、投料比、超声功率、时间。
The β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) microspheres were modified by Na3P3O9 and Fe3O4 to prepare anionic β-CD magnetic microsphere adsorbents, which were used to adsorb copper ions. The morphologies of the adsorbents were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the particle size was measured. The results showed that the adsorbents showed good spherical shape and the particle size increased before modification. The optimum conditions for the adsorption process were as follows: adsorption temperature 35 ℃, adsorption time 1.5h, ultrasonic power 100%, m (anionic β-CD magnetic microspheres): V (Cu2 +) = 1:40, Under these conditions, the average adsorption capacity and removal rate of Cu2 + can reach 2.691mmol / g and 96.26%, respectively. The order of the factors influencing the reaction is temperature, feed ratio, ultrasonic power and time.
