利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出一系列含正辛胺的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)石材保护剂,将其应用于砂岩石上形成保护膜,并对该材料的防水性、耐化学介质性和耐热性进行分析研究。结果表明:正辛胺的加入量为0.02%(体积百分数)时防水效果和耐化学介质腐蚀性最佳;正辛胺的加入量为0.01%(体积百分数)时耐热性最佳。而且说明只需加入很少的正辛胺就可以提高石材保护剂的性能,高效低成本的石材保护剂有利于大规模的进行应用推广等优点。
A series of tetraethylammonium orthosilicate (TEOS) stone protectors were prepared by sol-gel method and applied to sandstone to form a protective film. The waterproofing, chemical resistance, Heat resistance analysis. The results showed that water and chemical corrosion resistance were the best when the amount of n-octylamine was 0.02% (volume fraction). The best heat resistance was obtained when the amount of n-octylamine added was 0.01% (volume fraction). And only need to join a small amount of n-octylamine can improve the performance of stone protective agent, efficient and low cost of stone protective agent is conducive to the application of large-scale promotion and so on.
