目的:观察北五味子提取物对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠空间学习记忆能力障碍的影响。方法:应用戊巴比妥钠建立小鼠空间方向辨别障碍模型;应用Morris水迷宫观察北五味子提取物对其改善作用。结果:北五味子提取物可以缩短戊巴比妥钠所致空间方向辨别障碍模型小鼠在空间探索实验中第一次到达原平台所在位置的时间,并增加穿越原平台的次数。结论:北五味子提取物对戊巴比妥钠所致的小鼠空间学习记忆能力障碍有明确的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Schisandra chinensis extract on the disturbance of spatial learning and memory in mice induced by pentobarbital sodium. Methods: The mouse model of spatial disorientation was established by sodium pentobarbital. The Morris water maze was used to observe the effect of the extract of Schisandra chinensis on it. Results: Fructus Schisandrae extract could shorten the time when space-orientation discriminant model mice induced by pentobarbital sodium reached the original platform for the first time in the space exploration experiment and increase the number of crossing the original platform. Conclusion: Schisandra chinensis extract can obviously improve the disorder of spatial learning and memory in mice induced by pentobarbital sodium.
