文章针对高速公路大件运输管理需求,从大件运输的意义、管理措施、办理流程、设计并开发了一种基于C/S架构的高速公路大件运输管理系统,以提高高速公路大件运输的保障和服务水平。在分析系统体系结构特点的基础上,对系统数据库和客户端软件分别进行设计,使用IC卡作为通行介质,并采用VC开发工具进行开发,实现系统各项功能。系统投入运用后,提高了大件车的运输效率,充分发挥高速公路对经济社会发展的支撑和保障作用。
