目的 探讨参杏冲剂延缓衰老的作用机制。 方法 采用果蝇生存实验、大鼠抗氧化实验 ,测量其血液和肝组织中丙二醛 (MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平。 结果 果蝇生存实验 :与对照组相比 ,低剂量 (培养基含参杏冲剂 0 0 0 7% )雌蝇平均寿命显著延长 (延长了 3 7% ,P <0 0 5 ) ;低、中剂量 (培养基含参杏冲剂 0 0 2 2 % )雌蝇最高寿命显著延长 (分别延长了 4 4 %和 6 7% ,P <0 0 5 ) ;低剂量雄蝇平均寿命显著延长 (延长了 14 9% ,P<0 0 1) ;低、中剂量雄蝇最高寿命显著延长 (分别延长了 11 0 %和 7 4 % ,P <0 0 1)。大鼠抗氧化实验 :与老年对照组比 ,3个剂量参杏冲剂都能明显升高老年大鼠血中GSH Px活力 (分别提高了6 2 % ,6 8%和 17 3% ,P <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ;并且都能明显降低MDA水平 (分别降低了 6 6 % ,10 0 %和 16 0 % ,P <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ;低、中剂量参杏冲剂还能明显升高老年大鼠肝组织中GSH Px活力 (分别提高了 9 1%和 10 7% ,P <0 0 5 )。 结论 参杏冲剂具有延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of anti-aging effects of Shen Xing Granules. Methods Drosophila survival test and rat antioxidant test were used to measure the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood and liver tissues. Level. Results Drosophila survival test: Compared with the control group, the average life span of the female flies was significantly prolonged (prolonged by 37%, P < 0.05) at low doses (medium containing 0,07% of Shenyin Granules); The maximum lifespan of the female flies was significantly prolonged (by 44% and 67% respectively, P<0.05) in the dose (0.2% of the medium containing Shenfen Granules); the average life span of the low-dose male flies was significantly prolonged (prolonged 14 9%, P<0 0 1); The maximum life span of the male and female doses was significantly prolonged (extended by 110% and 74% respectively, P < 0 01). Rat antioxidant test: Compared with the old control group, 3 doses of Shen Xing Granule can significantly increase blood GSH Px activity in elderly rats (62%, 68% and 173%, respectively, P<0). 0 5 and 0 0 1); and both can significantly reduce MDA levels (66%, 100%, and 16%, respectively, P <0 0 5 and 0 0 1); low and middle doses of Shen Xing Granules also The activity of GSH Px in liver tissue of aged rats was significantly increased (91% and 10% respectively, P<0 05). Conclusion Shenxin granules have the effect of delaying aging.
