采用有限元法对铸铁夯锤进行了受力计算,并对其在使用中的开裂破坏进行了分析。同时,考虑到铸铁材料的拉压不同弹性模量性,计算了不同模量比对夯锤应力的影响。对夯击接触时间、起落高度、地基硬物等因素也进行了探讨。
The finite element method was used to calculate the force of the cast-in-place ram and its cracking in use was analyzed. At the same time, considering the different elastic modulus of the cast iron, the effects of different modulus ratio on the ram stress were calculated. On the ramming time, landing height, foundation hard and other factors were also discussed.
