本研究将碱木素化学改性,制备了改性碱木素减水剂。分析了改性碱木素减水剂的分子结构,研究了改性碱木素减水剂对混凝土减水率、含气量、抗压强度比及微观性能的影响。研究结果表明,改性碱木素减水剂的减水率达到18.1%,28d抗压强度比达到138%,改性碱木素减水剂不仅可以优化混凝土孔结构,还可增加水泥水化产物的致密性。不但可以代替木质素磺酸盐减水剂使用,还可单独作为高效减水剂使用。
In this study, alkali lignin was chemically modified to prepare modified lignin superplasticizer. The molecular structure of the modified lignin superplasticizer was analyzed. The effects of modified lignin superplasticizer on the water reduction, gas content, compressive strength ratio and microscopic properties of concrete were studied. The results show that the modified alkali lignin superplasticizer water-reducing rate reached 18.1%, 28d compressive strength ratio of 138%, modified lignin superplasticizer can not only optimize the pore structure of concrete, but also increase the hydration of cement Tightness of the product. Not only can be used instead of lignosulfonate water reducer, but also as a separate superplasticizer.
