报告５例急性心肌梗塞早期心电图所呈现的少见类型：（１）Ｖ１导联ＳＴ呈弓背型抬高．（２）心电图原有ＳＴ—Ｔ改变，发病后转为正常。（３）胸导联ｒ波振幅异常。（４）酷似陈旧性心肌梗塞。（５）原有某部陈旧性心肌梗塞，再发对应壁急性心肌梗塞，可无急性损伤期的心电图改变．
Report of 5 cases of acute myocardial infarction early ECG showed the rare type: (1) V1 lead ST bow was dorsoventral elevation. (2) ECG original ST-T changes, after the onset of normal. (3) chest lead r wave amplitude anomalies. (4) resembles an old myocardial infarction. (5) The original one of the old myocardial infarction, and then sent to the corresponding wall acute myocardial infarction, no acute injury ECG changes.
