职业院校是培养生产、建设、管理、服务型人才的重要场所,因此我国职业院校的主要任务就是为社会培养一代又一代的技术性人才,所以人才培养模式和培养水平决定了人才的培养质量。目前,我国大多数职业院校的人才培养计划都相对落后,并且严重脱离了时代的发展要求,从而导致大部分职业院校的人才培养整体处于相对滞后的发展现状。但是随着社会经济的快速发展,对技术型人才的需求越来越大,所以迫切需要职业院校实施人才培养战略,从而缓解人才断层、供不应求的现象。因此职业院校必须有针对性地制定完善的人才培养体系和健全的人才培养措施,才能最大限度地发挥人才培养的实际价值。主要通过对职业学校人才培养模式进行简要的分析,探讨其存在的问题和具体的人才培养途径。
Therefore, the main task of vocational colleges in our country is to train the technical talents for the society from generation to generation. Therefore, the mode of personnel training and the training level determine the quality of training qualified personnel . At present, the training programs for most vocational schools in our country are relatively backward and have seriously deviated from the requirements of the development of the times. As a result, the overall personnel training in most vocational schools is in a relatively backward state of development. However, with the rapid socio-economic development and the ever-increasing demand for skilled personnel, there is an urgent need for vocational schools to implement talent-training strategies so as to alleviate the phenomenon of talent shortage and short supply. Therefore, the vocational colleges must have a well-established personnel training system and a sound talent cultivation measures in order to maximize the actual value of personnel training. Mainly through the vocational school personnel training mode a brief analysis of its existing problems and specific ways of personnel training.
