今就笔者和他人临证以鲜地龙为主而治愈的病例几则,介绍于下: 一、肺结核咯血:吴××,男,42岁,职工,1978年4月16日就诊。患肺结核病五年,经常咯血,每次咯血约30～100CC,色暗红。住院数天,血量有减但未止。诊脉虚细而数,舌质红,苔薄白,面色无华,午后微热,颧稍红,咯血未止,伴见神疲厌食,夜卧不宁。证属气阴两虚,损及肺络。治宜止血为先。取鲜地龙(不切断)20条(洗净,置于碗内,加少许清水,再加入3～5
