作者对完成为期6个月步行训练计划后受试者的有氧活动能力、身体成分、肺功能指标、人体活动指数以及坚持体力活动的程度等进行了研究。 66名年龄在60~70岁的妇女随机分成对照组(n=36)和实验组(n=30),先进行26周的步行训练(2次/周)。在完成6个月的步行训练后,鼓励实验组继续参加体力训练计划,而对照组则建议其只进行日常生活活动,暂不进行新的体力活动计划。 于训练开始、结束及结束6个月以后对受试者测定有氧活动能力、皮褶、人体测量、血压、肺功能。
The authors studied the aerobic activity, body composition, indices of lung function, indices of human activities, and the extent of physical activity, after completing a 6-month walking training program. Sixty-six women aged 60-70 years were randomly divided into control group (n = 36) and experimental group (n = 30), followed by a 26-week walking training (twice / week). After 6 months of walking training, the experimental group was encouraged to continue to participate in the physical training program, while the control group suggested that they should only conduct daily activities and not carry out the new physical activity programs. Aerobic activities, skin folds, anthropometry, blood pressure, and lung function were measured at the beginning, the end and the end of the training six months later.
