公元199——200年,袁绍与曹操战于官渡。袁绍拥军十万,曹操仅领兵二万;袁绍粮草充分,曹操粮草匮乏。双方实力对比十分悬殊。依常规,胜利应在袁绍一方。但战争的结局却突破常规,胜利属于了弱小的一方。曹操因此为历史写下了一个以少胜多,以弱胜强的辉煌战例,也因此奠定了他在群雄中的霸主地位。 袁绍为什么在巨大的优势面前输掉战争而曹操却在绝对劣势下赢得战争?其关键在于用人。
