中国制冷学会第二专业委员会和中国水产学会渔业制冷专业委员会于一九八四年十月二十九日至十一月二日,在江苏省无锡市召开了“小型冷库技术”讨论会。商业和水产系统的三十二个单位四十二位代表参加了会议。会议收到学术论文报告二十五篇,在会上宣读交流了二十二篇。自党的十一届三中全会以来,党的农村经济改革政策取得很大成功,渔业生产形势也发生了很大变化。渔民对鱼货有了处理权,鲜度的好坏直接影响其收入。在这种形势影响下,渔业社队(包括个人)先后建立了自己的冻结和冷藏手段,使虾米变成冻虾仁,梭子蟹冻起来出口,小什鱼冻起来做鱼罐头原料
The Second Committee of China Institute of Refrigeration and the Fisheries and Refrigeration Committee of China Society of Fisheries held a seminar on “Small Cold Storage Technology” in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province from October 29 to November 2, 1984. Forty-two representatives from 32 units of commercial and aquatic systems attended the meeting. Meeting received twenty-five academic papers, read and exchanged at the meeting twenty-two. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party’s policy on rural economic reform has achieved great success, and the situation in fishery production has undergone great changes. Fishermen have the right to deal with fish stock, the freshness of a direct impact on their income. Under such circumstances, the fisheries community (including individuals) have successively established their own means of freezing and refrigerating so that the shrimp becomes frozen shrimp, and the crabs are frozen and exported.
