为了研究促凋亡基因bax在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）中的表达和意义，我们采用免疫细胞化学法检测了30例SCLC中的bax基因的表达情况。结果表明，阳性率达70％（21／30），12例慢性支气管炎的阳性率为16．7％（2／12），两组比较差异显著（P＜0．01）。另外发现，bax基因的表达与组织亚型无关，提示bax基因在SCLC中的较高表达可能与SCLC细胞的瞩亡有一定的关系。
To investigate the expression and significance of pro-apoptotic gene bax in SCLC, we used immunocytochemistry to detect the expression of bax in 30 SCLC cases. The results showed that the positive rate was 70% (21/30). The positive rate of 12 cases of chronic bronchitis was 16.7% (2/12). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). In addition, it was found that the expression of bax gene was not associated with histological subtypes, suggesting that the higher expression of bax gene in SCLC may have a certain relationship with the death of SCLC cells.
