目的评价超声洁牙术后使用护牙素和氟保护漆的联合干预措施促进牙釉质表面形态复原的作用。方法收集因正畸拔除的健康前磨牙,采用简单随机方法分成4组。进行超声洁治后,分别不进行干预(无干预组),进行氟保护漆干预(氟保护漆组),涂布护牙素干预(护牙素组),用护牙素联合氟保护漆进行干预(氟保护漆+护牙素组)。然后在不同时间段进行扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态,测定釉质表面粗糙度并进行外源性染色观察。结果扫描电镜可观察到超声洁治后,各组牙釉质表面见深浅不一的划痕,干预后釉质表面超微结构都有改善,其中氟保护漆组、护牙素组和二者联合组改善较无干预组明显,而联合组改善最为明显;粗糙度测试显示,各组的粗糙度值随时间逐渐降低,其中干预组下降较明显,5 d后,联合干预组较单独干预组的粗糙度值下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外源性染色观察牙面着色,干预组比无干预组着色浅,在干预的3组中,护牙素联合氟保护漆组的术区着色最浅;牙面染色的定量分析可知,外源性染色前后比较,各干预组牙面的染色数值较染色前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合干预组较其他3组的染色的差异值最小。结论护牙素联合氟保护漆比单独使用其中之一能更好地促进超声洁牙后牙釉质表面形态的复原,适宜在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dental ulcer and fluoride protective lacquer on the restoration of the morphology of enamel surface after ultrasonic dental scaling. Methods The healthy premolar teeth collected by orthodontics were collected and divided into 4 groups by simple random method. After ultrasonic cleaning, respectively, without intervention (no intervention group), fluoride protective paint intervention (fluorine protective paint group), the application of dental root protection group (Dentin group), with dental fluoridazole fluoride paint Intervention (Fluoride protection paint + Dentin group). Then the enamel surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope at different time, the enamel surface roughness was measured and the exogenous staining was observed. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface of enamel of each group showed scratches of different shades after ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrastructure of enamel surface was improved after interventional treatment. The fluoride-protective lacquer group, The improvement was more obvious in the intervention group than in the intervention group, while the improvement in the combined group was the most obvious. The roughness test showed that the roughness value of each group decreased gradually with time, especially in the intervention group. After 5 days, (P <0.05). The staining of tooth surface was observed by exogenous staining, and the staining in the intervention group was lighter than that in the non-intervention group. In the three intervention groups, (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The quantitative analysis of the tooth surface staining showed that before and after the exogenous staining, the staining value of the tooth surface in each intervention group was higher than that before staining The difference between the staining values of the other three groups is the smallest. Conclusion Dentin combined with fluorinated paint can better promote the restoration of the enamel surface morphology after ultrasonic cleaning, which is suitable for clinical application.
