运用各种色谱方法从柔毛鸦胆子茎的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,通过NMR等波谱技术鉴定其结构分别为bruceolline O(1)、1-(1-β-glucopyranosyl)-1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(2)、canthin-6-one(3)、11-hydroxycanthin-6-one(4)、9-methoxycanthin-6-one(5)、4-methoxycanthin-6-one(6)、infractin(7)和β-carboline-1-propionic acid(8)。采用MTT法对以上化合物进行体外细胞毒活性测试,化合物1~8对所测试的两种人源肿瘤细胞HCT-8和A549均没有表现出明显的细胞毒活性(IC50>10μmol?L-1)。化合物1为一个新的吲哚生物碱,化合物2、5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Eight compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the chinense pistil stem by using various chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified as bruceolline O (1), 1- (1-β-glucopyranosyl) - 1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde (2), canthin-6-one (3), 11-hydroxycanthin-6- one (4), 9-methoxycanthin- 6), infractin (7) and β-carboline-1-propionic acid (8). The cytotoxic activity of the above compounds was tested by MTT assay. Compounds 1 to 8 showed no significant cytotoxic activity on both human tumor cell lines HCT-8 and A549 (IC50> 10μmol? L-1) . Compound 1 is a new indole alkaloid, and compounds 2,5 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
