加强艺术类大学生党建工作是对艺术类大学生进行思想政治教育的重要途径,也是高校培养合格艺术人才的重要方法。党员的党性修养作为大学生党建工作的一个重要组成部分,必须加强重视。由于艺术类专业本身所具有的自由与开放的特性,加之其所具有的重实践与创作的特点,使得艺术类大学生党员党性修养的提高需要结合工作实际和专业特点进行才能取得一定成效。本文主要从三个方面进行探讨,首先阐述了加强艺术类大学生党建工作的重要性,其次分析了目前艺术类大学生党建工作中存在的问题,最后提出了加强艺术类大学生党员党性修养的策略以供参考。
Strengthening the party construction of art college students is an important way to carry out ideological and political education for art college students and is also an important method for colleges and universities to train qualified art talents. Party members’ self-cultivation as an important part of the party building work of university students must be strengthened. Due to the characteristics of freedom and openness of art specialty itself and the characteristics of heavy practice and creation, the improvement of the self-cultivation of party members in art college should be combined with the actual work and professional characteristics to achieve certain results. This article mainly discusses from three aspects. First of all, it expounds the importance of strengthening the party construction of art college students. Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems in the party building of art college students. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of strengthening the Party members’ reference.
