目的:探讨品管圈在提高非内分泌科护士胰岛素相关知识合格率中的效果及其对患者的影响。方法:组建品管圈,选定主题,分析改善前非内分泌科护士胰岛素相关知识合格率低的原因,拟定对策并实施,比较改善前后非内分泌科护士胰岛素相关知识合格率和综合能力,比较改善前后非内分泌科糖尿病住院患者对护理服务的满意度、出院1个月内的低血糖发生率。结果:改善后非内分泌科护士胰岛素相关知识合格率、患者满意度均高于改善前(P<0.05),低血糖发生率均低于改善前(P<0.05),圈员综合能力均提高。结论:品管圈能提高非内分泌
