新生活方式本案定位单身白领人群的酒店式公寓样板间设计。整体空间50平米的建筑小空间,设计师以紧凑型和便捷式的理念为导向,采用现代简约风格来打造后现代艺术空间,在遵循百来套建筑平面不同户型的基础上,用多样式的设计混搭来保留个性空间的不同优点。值得强调的是设计师利用空间净高5米优势,为空间设置了以主卧为主的居室空间,形成了迷你跃层的空间构造,很是巧妙。不仅给空间上增加新意,更是为开发商带来无限的销售亮点。这点让我最欣赏。
