从法国引进的RV_2旋转粘度计,是测定原油流变性不可缺少的仪器.使用多年后,会出现测量精度降低,Ⅰ、Ⅱ扭矩档的线性度变坏等问题.为此,大港油田设计院对该粘度计进行了改装.原仪表测量桥路只有两只电位器分别调节仪表读数的零点与满刻度,不能同时满足校正大小两根测量弹簧的非线性要求.改装后,有两组四只多圈电位器代替原来的两只电位器,用来分别调整大小两根弹簧的线性度,满足了仪器的精度要求.改装后的仪表,直接用数字显示.
