构筑社会治安防控体系是9月下旬全国社会治安综合治理工作会议的主要议题。这次会议指出,社会治安防控体系建设要和城市建设紧密结合起来,把治安防控设施作为城市基础设施的组成部分,做到同规划、同落实。社会治安防控体系建设要和社区建设紧密结合起来,健全社区综治组织,整合社区治安资源,提高社区的整体防范水平。
Building a social order prevention and control system is the main topic of the national social security work conference in late September. The meeting pointed out that the construction of social order prevention and control system should be closely integrated with urban construction and take the public order prevention and control facilities as an integral part of urban infrastructure so as to achieve the same planning and implementation. The construction of social order prevention and control system should be closely integrated with the community construction, improve the community comprehensive management organization, integrate the public order resources in the community, and raise the overall prevention level in the community.
