通过对苏南地区不同行业居民的问卷调查,了解苏南地区全装修住宅现状和推行状况。基于问卷调查的统计结果,对目前苏南地区居民就全装修住宅的认知及期望情况做出阐述,并就全装修住宅推行过程中遇到的问题和影响因素进行归纳分析,提出进一步推进全装修住宅建设的建议,为政府制定相关政策提供依据。
Through the questionnaire survey of residents in different industries in southern Jiangsu Province, we can know the status quo and implementation status of fully-renovated residential buildings in southern Jiangsu. Based on the statistical results of the questionnaire survey, this article elaborates the current cognition and expectation of residents in southern Jiangsu province on the fully-renovated residences and summarizes the problems and influencing factors encountered in the implementation of the fully-renovated residences and puts forward the following suggestions: Renovation of residential construction proposals for the government to provide relevant policies to provide the basis.
