鼠咬伤致鼻翼缺损较少见。笔者于1984年5月诊治一例,手术效果优良,现报告如下。患者刘某某,女,21岁,农民,1984年5月入院。主诉:左鼻翼缺损20年。患者在婴儿6个月时,左鼻翼组织被鼠咬掉一块,经抗炎治疗后愈,但遗留左鼻翼缺损畸形,随生长发育畸形更为明显。检查鼻部,左鼻翼缺损约1.5×1cm,鼻皮肤及软骨均有缺损,鼻梁上有轻微瘢痕。诊断左鼻翼缺损。治疗方案,用耳轮复合组织瓣移植修复鼻翼缺损。
