韩国教育科学技术部近日公布了新的中小学教师评价方案。这项由学生和家长对教师和校长进行评价的制度从3月开始在韩国全面实施。该方案规定,对中小学教师的评价每年至少进行一次,具体实施评价的时间由各学校自己决定。对教师的评价内容分为授课能力和指导学生的能力,对校长、副校长的评价内容主要包含经营和管理学校的能力。评价通过向学生和家长发放问卷的方式进行。
Korea’s Ministry of Education, Science and Technology recently announced a new primary and secondary teacher evaluation program. This system of evaluation of teachers and principals by students and parents has been fully implemented in Korea since March. The program provides that the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers at least once a year, the specific implementation of evaluation time by the schools themselves. The evaluation of teachers is divided into teaching ability and the ability to guide students, the evaluation of principals, vice principals mainly include the ability to operate and manage the school. The evaluation was conducted by sending questionnaires to students and parents.
