急性血吸虫病主要表现是在初次受大量尾蚴感染或慢性期重复感染后1个月左右出现。症状主要是由虫卵所分泌的头腺毒素所引起。轻重程度差异较大。一般起病均较急骤。其主要的症状体征: 1.发热发热是急性血吸虫病最重要的表现。所有病例皆有不同程度的发热,热型大致分为低热,间歇或弛张热、稽留热。发热时间一般持续数周至数月不等,轻者热可自行消退,重症者发热时间需用药治疗后才能消退。
