目的:为了准确地同步记录、回放及处理脑电和行为录相,研制了长时数字式视频-脑电同步监视系统,用于对癫痫发作的脑电变化和行为表现进行分析,为癫痫的诊断、分类和癫痫灶定位提供必不可少的依据。方法:将二路摄像机的调频信号转变成数字信号,与EEG数字信号同步输入计算机。利用多媒体技术、视频压缩技术、EEG采集分析软件、16G海量存贮器、可读写光驱与650M光盘,加彩色或红外CCD、双画面合成器等研制而成。结果:通过对480例癫痫病人的临床应用,表明本系统可24小时不间断同步同屏显示、记录发作过程的临床表现与EEG变化,且采集、回放、检索、编辑简捷准确。结论:本系统与目前国内外脑电图加摄录像机监视系统相比,具有同步性强,存贮方便,定位、检索、编辑迅速等优点
OBJECTIVE: To accurately synchronize the recording, replay and processing of EEG and video recording, a long-time digital video-EEG synchronization monitoring system was developed for the analysis of EEG changes and behavioral manifestations in patients with epilepsy Diagnosis, classification and location of epileptic foci provide the indispensable basis. Methods: Two-way camera FM signal into digital signals, and EEG digital signal input to the computer simultaneously. The use of multimedia technology, video compression technology, EEG acquisition and analysis software, 16G mass storage, CD-ROM and 650M CD-ROM, plus color or infrared CCD, dual-screen synthesizer developed. Results: The clinical application of 480 cases of epilepsy patients shows that the system can be synchronized on the same screen 24 hours a day, recording the clinical manifestations and EEG changes during the episode, and the collection, playback, retrieval, editing simple and accurate. Conclusion: Compared with the current monitoring system of EEG plus video camera in China and abroad, this system has the advantages of strong synchronization, convenient storage, positioning, retrieval, rapid editing and so on
