目的：探讨不同病因及术式对顽固性额叶癫痫治疗结果的影响。方法：对１９９１～１９９６年手术治疗的２９例非肿瘤性顽固性额叶癫痫（ＦＬＥ）结果进行回顾性分析。结果：全部病例均随访１年以上，平均随访３年，总有效率为８６％。不同病因所致的ＦＬＥ治疗结果满意率无明显差异，不同术式其结果有所不同，单纯ＡＶＭ切除术效果最差。结论：经过适当地选择病人，选择正确的术式，顽固性ＦＬＥ的外科治疗结果应该是满意的 Objective: To investigate the different etiology and surgical treatment of intractable frontal lobe epilepsy outcome. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 29 nonneoplastic refractory frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE) results from 1991 to 1996 was performed. Results: All patients were followed up for more than 1 year, with an average follow-up of 3 years, the total effective rate was 86%. Different etiologies caused by FLE treatment results no significant difference in satisfaction rates, the results of different surgical procedures are different, the only AVM resection results were the worst. CONCLUSIONS: Surgical treatment of intractable FLE should be satisfactory after proper selection of the patient and selection of the correct surgical procedure
