国家新一轮基础教育课程改革从启动到现在,已有7年之久。被方案制订者宣称“几乎完美”的课程改革方案在实践中却遭到不少一线教师的消极抵制,其中既有教师方面的原因,也不乏课改本身的问题。在日前召开的2008年度全省教育工作会上,我省提出争取明年实行高中课程改革的目标。因此,理性地、实事求是地分析探讨此次课改过程中出现的问题及原因,对进一步推进我省新课改将会有积极的参考意义。
The country’s new round of basic education curriculum reform has been active for seven years. The program reformers claimed that the “nearly perfect” curriculum reform program was actually rejected by many front-line teachers in practice, including both teacher and curriculum reform. At the 2008 Provincial Education Work Conference held recently, our province proposed to strive for the implementation of high school curriculum reform goals next year. Therefore, rationally and realistically analyzing and exploring the problems and causes that occurred in the course of this curriculum reform will have positive reference significance for further promoting the new curriculum reform in our province.
