由长春地质学院米家榕教授主持的地质矿产部研究项目《中国环太平洋带北段晚三叠世地层古生物及古地理》,经过数年的研究和总结,已于1988年完成,并于当年12月24日在北京通过最终评审。 华北东部和东北地区,过去几十年来关于陆相三叠纪地层及生物化石研究,一直是个空白。自从70年代中期,米家榕教授主持并联合有关单位首先研究和报道了吉林浑江晚三叠世地层及植物化石以来,本区若干地点陆续发现了同期地层和动植物化石。
The Geology and Mineral Resources Research Project hosted by Changchun Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, “Late Paleo-Triassic Paleontology and Paleogeography in the North Rim of China’s Pacific Rim” has been completed in 1988 with several years of research and conclusion. December 24 in Beijing through the final assessment. In the eastern part of North China and northeast China, the study of terrestrial Triassic stratigraphy and fossils in the past decades has been a blank. Since the mid-1970s, Professor Miya Rong presided over and co-operated with relevant agencies to study and report on Late Triassic stratigraphy and plant fossils in the Hunjiang River, Jilin Province. Since then, several sites in this area have successively discovered fossils of animals and plants.
