继地质系霍世诚教授参加第二十七届国际地质大会之后,地质系系主任张国伟教授又出席了第二十八届国际地质大会。 4年1届的第二十八届国际地质大会,于1989年7月9日至7月19日在美国首都华盛顿召开。世界100多个国家和地区的6000多名地质科学家出席了会议。我校地质系系主任张国伟教授作为中国地质代表团成员出席了这次会议。
Following the participation of Professor Huo Shicheng, a member of the Department of Geology, at the 27th International Geological Conference, Professor Zhang Guowei, director of the Department of Geology, attended the 28th International Geological Conference. The 28th International Geological Conference of 4 years and 1 session was held in Washington, the capital of the United States, from July 9 to July 19, 1989. More than 6,000 geological scientists in more than 100 countries and regions attended the conference. Professor Zhang Guowei, Department of Geological Faculty of our school, attended the meeting as a member of China Geological Delegation.
