光皮树是一种优良的多年生木本能源植物,在能源匮乏的今日已引起大众广泛关注。本研究从理论着手分析,尝试将甲醇-水溶液引入光皮树果实油脱酸工艺研究中。通过实验发现甲醇-水溶剂对光皮树果实油有良好的脱酸效果,在单因素实验的基础上采用Minitab软件对选定的3个主要因子(油溶比、脱酸次数、脱酸温度)进行正交设计优化,最佳脱酸工艺条件为:油溶比1∶6,脱酸次数3,脱酸温度30℃。在该优化条件下,溶剂脱酸工艺能够保证毛油酸值低于1.0(KOH)/(mg/g),这为光皮树果实油能源化利用提供了具有工业化前景的前处理基础。
