At present, art education in rural primary schools in Long’an County still lacks problems such as lack of teachers, backward education concepts and methods. To alleviate the pressure on the development of fine arts education in rural primary schools in Long’an County, we can adopt the following approaches and tactics: the power of colleges and public welfare groups to jointly carry out art education; formulate teaching objectives and choices of teaching content; change teaching methods and methods to cultivate students’ interest in learning; develop and utilize Local cultural resources.
