目的利用128层螺旋CT系统的可靠性、可重复性、精确性,对80名金昌地区汉族正常青少年的牙颌模型进行测量研究,为本地区口腔正畸临床提供依据。方法选取金昌地区13~16岁正常青少年牙颌模型80付(男40付,女40付),应用西门子128层螺旋CT和CT机配套工作站软件对正常模型进行容积扫描、数据采集。重建后,测量正常模型的上下颌牙、牙弓、长宽度等相关指标,将CT测量数据与手工测量数据进行统计学分析。结果金昌地区正常青少年,男女之间牙冠宽度有显著性差异(P<0.05),牙冠高度除L5、L6、L7男性小于女性外,其余牙冠高度均为男性大于女性(P<0.05);各段牙弓的宽度均为男性大于女性(P<0.05)。牙弓前段和中段的长度、腭盖高度男性大于女性(P<0.05)。结论 128层螺旋CT是一种快速便捷、稳定性好、可靠性好、精确度高的牙模型测量手段。本研究首次建立了金昌地区正常青少年牙、牙弓、基骨的正常值,对临床正畸有一定的指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and repeatability and accuracy of 128-slice spiral CT system in measuring the mandibular model of 80 normal Han adolescents in Jinchang area, and to provide basis for clinical orthodontic treatment in this area. Methods Eighty-two male and female dental models of 13 to 16-year-old adolescents aged from 10 to 40 years old were paid (40 males and 40 females) in Jinchang area. Volume scanning and data acquisition were performed on the normal model using Siemens 128-slice CT and CT workstation software. After reconstruction, the upper and lower jaw teeth, dental arch, length and width of the normal 测 model were measured, and the CT measurement data and manual measurement data were statistically analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the crown width between male and female (P <0.05). The height of the crowns was lower than that of the female in L5, L6 and L7 ); The width of dental arch in each segment was higher in males than in females (P <0.05). The length of anterior and middle dental arch, palatal height than male (P <0.05). Conclusion 128-slice spiral CT is a rapid, convenient, stable, reliable, and accurate method of measurement of tarsal model. This study established the normal values of normal teeth, dental arch and base bone in Jinchang area for the first time, which is of guiding significance to clinical orthodontics.
