合理控制和设计峰值压力是高能气体压裂技术在油井使用的前提条件,准确地测试峰值压力是该技术研究的首要工作。铜柱测压不同于 P—t测试仪,以结构简单、方便直观被广泛用于高能气体压裂中测定峰值压力。设计的新型铜柱测压器--超高压水油不浸入测压器,具有可靠的密封装置,保证铜柱的正规压缩,获得的测压值成功率高、准确度高,且成本低廉,对影响峰值压力的因素进行了分析,提出了对测压数值的处理方法及应注意的问题,以提高峰值压力的准确性,并对新型铜柱测压器应用结果进行了分析,其测压数值是可信的,为该技术的研究提供了重要参数依据。
Reasonable control and design of peak pressure is a prerequisite for the use of high-energy gas fracturing technology in oil wells. Accurately measuring the peak pressure is the primary task of this technology. Copper pillar pressure measurement is different from the P-t tester, with simple structure, convenient and intuitive is widely used in the determination of peak pressure in high-energy gas fracturing. The design of a new copper column pressure gauge - ultra-high pressure oil is not immersed in the pressure sensor, with a reliable sealing device to ensure the normal copper column compression, the measured value obtained high success rate, high accuracy and low cost, The factors that affect the peak pressure are analyzed, and the method to deal with the value of pressure measurement and the problems to be noticed are put forward to improve the accuracy of the peak pressure. The application results of the new type of copper pillar potentiometer are analyzed. The value is credible, providing an important parameter basis for the research of this technology.
