针对综采工作面液压支架监控系统结构复杂、通信冗余性差的问题,根据LabVIEW软件的串口配置和双RS485结构,提出了一种基于LabVIEW软件的液压支架监控系统通信方法。该方法通过设置LabVIEW串口配置中奇偶校验位为0校验和1校验,与RS485总线模式下的数据帧和地址帧匹配,实现基于LabVIEW的多机通信。该方法采用基于LabVIEW的双总线设计方案,利用双总线通信线路的切换实现了通信系统故障的自动诊断和故障段的自动隔离等功能,提高了通信系统的可靠性和冗余性,适应于工业现场的监测和控制系统。
Aiming at the complex structure and poor communication redundancy of the hydraulic support monitoring system in the fully mechanized coal face, a communication method of the hydraulic support monitoring system based on LabVIEW software is proposed according to the serial port configuration and double RS485 structure of LabVIEW software. The method through the LabVIEW serial port configuration parity set to 1 checksum 1 parity, and RS485 bus mode data frame and address frame matching, to achieve multi-machine communication based on LabVIEW. The method adopts the double bus design scheme based on LabVIEW, and realizes the functions of automatic diagnosis of communication system fault and automatic fault isolation of the communication system by the switching of dual-bus communication lines, improves the reliability and redundancy of the communication system, and adapts to the industrial On-site monitoring and control system.
