去年末,笔者在三门职业中等专业学校调研时发现,在该校的餐旅服务模拟室里有40多位穿着打扮不像该校学生的学员,他们在实习指导师的指导下,正在进行铺台布、摆餐具、引导客人入座、倒酒水、端菜盘等项目的模拟训练。他们的神情是那样的专注,工作是那样的一丝不苟……我以一颗好奇之心探究得知,他们原来都是大专毕业生,是专门来“三门职业中专”作为期一个月的“回炉加工”,等期满“毕业”后到三门大酒店的前厅、餐饮和康乐等服务岗位工作。
