用非水滴定法测定尿素软膏中尿素含量,并用B.P法作比较,二者测定结果较接近,用于测定自制尿素软膏的尿素含量也全部合格。此法关键是用醋酐增强了尿素的碱性而使滴定终点突跃明显;加入苯溶解凡士林,排除了在测定过程中的干扰。
The non-aqueous titration method was used to determine the urea content in urea ointment. The results of B.P method were compared with those of B.P. method. The urea content of urea ointment was all qualified. The key to this method is to use acetic anhydride to enhance the basicity of urea so that the titration end-point jump significantly; adding benzene to dissolve petroleum jelly, ruled out the interference in the determination process.
