目的:研究鲎试验法测定清开灵注射液中细菌内毒素的可行性。方法:细菌内毒素检查法。结果:清开灵注射液稀释16倍后,使用灵敏度为0.06Eu/ml的鲎试剂,可检测出其中的细菌内毒素。结论:用细菌内毒素检测清开灵注射液中的热原是可行的。
Objective: To study the feasibility of determination of bacterial endotoxin in Qingkailing injection by Sputum test. Method: bacterial endotoxin test. Results: After Qingkailing injection was diluted 16 times, bacterial endotoxin was detected using a limulus reagent with a sensitivity of 0.06Eu/ml. Conclusion: It is feasible to detect pyrogen in Qingkailing injection with bacterial endotoxin.
