盛夏的武汉,气候炎热。但地处武昌南湖岸边的中南民族学院里却温和宜人,来自全国近二十所民族高校文科学报的代表,在这里欢聚一堂,共商民族高校文科学报的大事——成立“民族院校暨民族地区高校文科学报联络中心。”这次大会是在国家民委教育司、国家教委民教司、中南民族学院以及全国高校文科学报研究会的关怀和支持下召开的,湖北省民委、湖北省新闻出版局、中南民族学院的有关领导以及全国高校文科学报研究会常务副理事长潘国琪教授、湖北省期刊研究会负责人之一肖汉森教授等参加了会议。
