眼部裂头蚴病遍布世界,多见于东南亚沿海地区。我国福建、广东、浙江、台湾、广西,江西、贵州、东北、四川各省均有发现,以福建、广东为多。我院1973年以来,据不完全统计,共收治12例,现报道如下。一般情况发病年龄与性别:本文12例中,男9例,女3例,年龄最小12岁,最大60岁,其中青壮年9例。发病时间:最长两年多,最短50天,以2～6个月最多,占7例。感染方式:病史中有敷贴生蛙肉史8例,饮食生水或吃田鸡肉3例,常下水塘捉虾、螺及蟹者1例。手术取出虫体者9例,经寄生虫教研室鉴
Eye sparganosis all over the world, more common in the coastal areas of Southeast Asia.
