针对全球变化和城市化背景下区域人水耦合系统脆弱性问题,在简单动态模型(VSD)框架内构建脆弱性评价指标体系,运用熵权模糊物元模型评价湖北省人水耦合系统暴露度、敏感度、适应度及综合脆弱度的时空演变。按脆弱度分级将各市(州)人水耦合系统分为Ⅰ级不脆弱区、Ⅱ级轻度脆弱区及Ⅲ级中等脆弱区三类。研究结果表明,2001~2010年湖北省人水耦合系统脆弱性从Ⅴ级降至Ⅲ级,脆弱度较高,并存在下降的空间。
In view of the vulnerability of regional human-water coupling system under the background of global change and urbanization, the vulnerability assessment index system is constructed within the framework of simple dynamic model (VSD). The entropy weight fuzzy matter-element model is used to evaluate the exposure of human-water coupling system in Hubei Province. The Temporal and Spatial Evolution of Sensitivity, Fitness and Comprehensive Vulnerability. According to the classification of vulnerability, the water-coupling system of each city (prefecture) is divided into three categories: Grade I non-vulnerable area, Grade II mildly vulnerable area and Grade III medium vulnerable area. The results show that from 2001 to 2010, the vulnerability of human-water coupling system in Hubei Province dropped from Grade Ⅴ to Grade Ⅲ, and the fragility was high and there was room for decline.
