了解没食子酰表没食子儿茶素 (EGCG)抗肿瘤作用。方法 :用小鼠肉瘤 180 (S- 180 )、小鼠肝癌 (Hep)为瘤株 ,对 EGCG进行体内外抗肿瘤药效试验和观察其对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官重量的影响。结果 :EGCG灌胃 80、 40 mg/ kg· d- 1 ,连续 7d,对小鼠移植性 S- 180实体瘤有明显抑制作用 ;80 m g/ kg· d- 1可延长 Hep腹水癌小鼠生命 ;16 0、 80、 40、 2 0 mg/ L的 EGCG对 S- 180和 Hep瘤细胞的体外存活有明显抑制 ;16 0、 80、 40、 2 0、 10 m g/ L 的 EGCG可完全或部分灭活 Hep瘤苗 ;除 10 m g/ L 浓度组外 ,其余各浓度组亦可部分灭活 S- 180瘤苗 ;80、 40 m g/ kg可增加荷瘤小鼠胸腺重量。结论 :EGCG在实验条件下有一定抗肿瘤作用 ,能延缓免疫器官衰退。
Learn about the anti-tumor effects of Galloyl Epigallocatechin (EGCG). Methods: The mice sarcoma 180 (S-180) and mouse hepatocellular carcinoma (Hep) were used as tumor strains. The EGCG was tested in vivo and in vitro anti-tumor efficacy and its effect on the weight of immune organs in tumor-bearing mice was observed. RESULTS: After 80 and 40 mg/kg·d-1 administration of EGCG for 7 days, the effects of EGCG on the transplanted S-180 solid tumor were significantly inhibited; 80 mg/kg·d-1 could prolong the life of Hep ascites carcinoma mice. 16 0, 80, 40, 20 mg/L of EGCG significantly inhibited the in vitro survival of S-180 and Hepoma cells; 16 0, 80, 40, 20, and 10 mg/L of EGCG could be completely or partially Inactivated Hep tumor vaccines; In addition to the 10 mg/L concentration group, the remaining concentration groups can partially inactivate S-180 tumor vaccines; 80, 40 mg/kg can increase the weight of thymus in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: EGCG has certain anti-tumor effect under experimental conditions and can delay the decline of immune organs.
