中学篮球课是教育部颁布的中学体育教材大纲中的一项重要内容,它对于发展学生的心理素质、身体素质、运动能力等都具有重要作用。笔者为了激发初中学生对篮球运动的兴趣,提高篮球课的教学质量和效果,在教学中针对学生生理的具体特点和差异采取不同的教学方法,特别对“等级升降法”进行持续的运用并作深入的研究:选定研究组和对照组,经过一段时间的实验教学,对两组学生的差异进行分析,结果发现此方法对激发学生兴趣和提高教学质量都具有显著效果。
The middle school basketball class is an important content of the outline of the middle school physical education textbook promulgated by the Ministry of Education. It plays an important role in developing students’ psychological quality, physical quality and athletic ability.
