基于煤浆煤柱管道线性浓度的概念和运动煤柱间的间隙特点,探讨了煤浆煤柱管道多普勒超声测量的方法及其应用,为了提高测量精度,研究了多声道和声楔的应用,从而设计出计量煤浆煤柱管道流量的多声道多普勒超声波流量计,该流量计由超声换能器、电子线路及流量显示和积算系统组成。同时,采用混频方式和 FPT(快速傅里叶变换)测量和分析多普勒信号,并给出了设计电路和信号测量流程。
Based on the concept of linear concentration of coal slurry column pipeline and the characteristics of gap between moving coal columns, the method and application of Doppler ultrasonic measurement of coal slurry column pipeline are discussed. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, The multi-channel Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter is designed to measure the flow of coal slurry in coal column. The flowmeter is composed of ultrasonic transducer, electronic circuit, flow display and totalizer system. At the same time, the method of mixing and FPT (Fast Fourier Transform) is used to measure and analyze the Doppler signals, and the design circuit and signal measurement flow are given.
