4′ 去甲基表鬼臼毒素(5)与双(三氟乙酸)苯碘(PIFA)或二乙酸苯碘(PIDA)在氯仿或二氯甲烷溶液中室温条件下反应得标题化合物.二甲基缩酮(6)用痕量BF3·Et2O或对 甲基苯磺酸(p TsOH)处理可以得到相同化合物.本文分析了产物的结构并给出了可能的反应机理.
The reaction of 4 ’demethylepipodophyllotoxin (5) with PIFA or PIDA in chloroform or methylene chloride at room temperature gave the title compound, Ketoketal (6) The same compound can be obtained by treating with trace amount of BF3 · Et2O or p-toluenesulfonic acid (p TsOH). The structure of the product was analyzed and the possible reaction mechanism was given.
