Methods The reporting rate of legal notifiable infectious diseases, the omission of false negative rate, the timely reporting rate, the complete rate, the accurate rate and the consistent rate of input information were used to evaluate the quality of notifiable infectious disease reporting and the influencing factors of each index were analyzed. Results 2012-10-01 / 2013-09-30 The reported rate, omission rate and timely reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in township and above medical institutions in Tongjiang County were 100.00%, 0% and 100.00% respectively. There was significant difference between the two (χ2 = 4.46, P <0.05). The consistent rate of paper card and network card information was 42.47%. Paper card integrity, accuracy of the main influencing factors are current address is unknown, the patient is unchecked and the case classification is not checked; network card integrity and accuracy of the main influencing factors are present address unknown; paper card The main factors affecting the consistency of the information on the network card are the current residence address, the case classification, the name of the disease and the date of birth (or age).
